We strive to help our clients not only look their best, but also feel their best from the inside out.Our mission is to accentuate external beauty while promoting inner wellness. We understand that in today's fast-paced world, it can be easy to neglect self-care and prioritize other responsibilities. That's why we make it our priority to provide a space for our clients to relax, rejuvenate, and take care of themselves.
Meet Vanessa
Vanessa offers Laser treatments (ablative/nonablative), Sofwave, Painless Hair Restoration, Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Radio Frequency Microneedling, Cryotherapy, Spider Vein Treatments, Kybella, Medical Grade Skin Care, Professional Teeth Whitening & more to give you the elegant and fabulous look that you deserve. I also provide Prescription Weight Loss, along with IV Micronutrient Infusion therapy, injections, and supplements to optimize inner wellness.
Experience & Training
Vanessa McConnell is a board certified doctorally prepared nurse practitioner and certified aesthetic injector. She brings years of experience performing various procedures with a primary background in women's health, which includes OB/GYN and gynecology/oncology. She was a first assist in the OR and performed very complex procedures. Needless to say, she is a procedures junkie! She has been a RN since 2003 and a nurse practitioner since 2014. She opened her own practice in 2021 in Republic Missouri, Beauty + Wellness Co, with her amazing husband, who is her ride or die support, Terry. They have built an amazing team with two estheticians and a massage therapist, with more team members on the way!
Vanessa is a skilled injector, with an artistic eye for facial balancing and skin rejuvenation. Vanessa desires for every patient she touches to leave feeling like the diamonds they are, with an extra boost of confidence! She is always learning and desires to bring the best to her patients. She has completed extensive continuing education throughout her career as she has advanced into performing lasers and other skin lifting procedures. She attends education and training from well renowned nurse injectors and physicians, while attending aesthetic conferences and participating in cadaver lab hands-on trainings. She is also a skin care junkie!
In her free time she loves spending time with their two boys and her amazing golden doodle, being at the lake or poolside, and traveling. You will likely always see her reading a peer reviewed journal or something medical (as she desires to bring the most cutting edge procedures and products to you).....or creating that next social media reel! :) She loves to keep people laughing, which is the real ticket to anti-aging. ;)
Meet Shana
Beauty + Wellness Co is where my heart is! All of the clients I lay hands on bring me pure joy! I am an acne expert through additional education and certification. I have perfected the art and love for brow laminations, shaping, and dye tinting. HydraFacials are one of my favorite services! I am always eager to get your pampering and self-care started. My goal is to help everyone with their journey to healthy, glowing skin, while making you feel beautiful in your own natural skin! There is nothing better than a good Dermaplane! Outside of helping people feel beautiful in their own skin, I love chilling at home, catching up with new movies/shows. I particularly love musicals. Hope to see everyone’s beautiful faces soon! 🤍

Shana was trained through Academy of Hair Design. She graduated with honors in many service lines. She desires to continue her education in esthetics to ensure she brings her best to you all! Shana also shares a passion for acne care and reduction! Stay tuned for more information on acne.
Shana has loved getting her career up and going at Beauty + Wellness Co. She desires to help boost peoples confidence by them feeling comfortable in their own skin. She loves a good Dermaplane and facial. She also has a passion for helping people get their acne/blemish prone skin perfected! Her newest love is laser hair removal and HydraFacials!
Meet Ashtyn
Hello! My name is Ashtyn Amelung, and I was trained through Paul Mitchell and graduated with Honors. My whole life I have always loved making people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin and I am honored to bring that passion to the Beauty + Wellness Co team! I was previously working as a solo esthetician. I desired to join a team to continue to bring top notch services to clients, along with more medical based esthetics.
My current favorite services to provide are micro-needling, TED Hair Restoration, Laser Hair Removal, all things facials, and relaxation massages!! With that being said, I also cannot wait to add to my favorite list of services I offer! My favorite things to do in my free time are hanging out with my family, traveling, and going to the lake and/or river! I am so excited to get started and look forward to helping each of you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into our doors and more confident as you walk out of our doors! P.S. I also LOVE PINK!!!
