Hello! I completed the Professional Massage Therapy program through Cortiva Institute and graduated in 2016. I spent the first year of my career in Germany, primarily working with military members and their families. I specialize in clinical bodywork and am certified in prenatal massage. Additional therapies I offer include hot stones, cupping, and Graston technique (scraping). Over the past year, I have been actively integrating craniosacral techniques and joint mobilizations into my sessions. I incorporate myofascial techniques with an emphasis on assessing range of motion and exploring modifications that support functional movement. My goal is always to provide a safe and nurturing space for every client. I enjoy problem-solving and am grateful that massage therapy allows me to facilitate that. Because I also believe in self-care, achieving a healthy work-life balance is important to me. I support this by listening to news podcasts and reading, with interests ranging from investigative journalism to pop culture. I enjoy stories centered on female empowerment, thrillers, and history.
